PpDHL Express Italy, a world leader in express transportation and logistics services, belonging to the DHL Group and awarded Great Place to Work, is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join the Sales Marketing Department for the Modena and Reggio Emilia area. /p h3Profile /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma /li liPrevious experience in sales field /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate PowerPoint and Excel) /li liKnowledge of English language, written and spoken (intermediate) /li liFluent knowledge of Italian language, written and spoken (advanced) /li /ul h3Additional Skills /h3 ul liAbility to understand opportunities from the customers' perspective and influence their decisions to achieve business objectives /li liBuilding and managing relationships and partnerships, demonstrating commitment and care to the customer (ICCC) /li liAbility to work as part of a team /li liDisposition to continuous learning /br /liliCommunication skills /br /liliAbility to adapt to changing environment by managing multiple priorities /li liOrganization and planning /li liDaring to come up with innovative ideas and approaches /li liProblem solving and critical thinking /li /ul h3Main Activities /h3 ul liEnsure the achievement of sales targets for assigned and newly acquired customers within the area of responsibility, in accordance with sales strategies and policies. /li liManage a portfolio of customers and prospects through personal sales visits/direct contact, maintaining strong and lasting relationships. /li liAct as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with relevant departments within DHL to ensure inquiries are handled appropriately and customer needs are recognized and met. /li liEnsure that all customer reports related to customer service and/or credit control are coordinated and handled through the appropriate DHL departments. /li liFormulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives to identify and acquire new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing customer base. /li liBuild a strong customer relationship to ensure maximum business growth by taking a consultative approach, monitoring performance and customer satisfaction. /li liDevelop knowledge of DHL's products/services and business activities in order to suggest the best possible solutions and strategies to customers, leveraging new opportunities from existing and potential customers, ensuring maximum penetration of DHL in the assigned territory. /li liManage the process inherent in customer visits and business agreements to ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer portal/database. /li liEnsure cooperation with other members of the sales team. /li /ul h3More Information /h3 ul liWorkplace: to be defined based on candidate location between Campegine (RE) and Bentivoglio (BO). /li liWorking time: Full Time /li liReport to: Sales Manager /li liEmployment contract: permanent contract white-collar position /li liCompensation package: based on level of experience, ranging between 40,000 € and 45,000 €.
