The candidate is a graduate in the tourism and hotel sector and/or has completed a professional bartending course. He/she have gained at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, in establishments of the same category or high-quality venues.
Reporting to the F&B Manager the selected person will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to bar/hotel customers, maintaining a discreet environment of listening, dialogue, and hospitality. They will be in charge of managing the bar, ensuring order and cleanliness in the work environment according to company standards.
The ideal candidate is familiar with bar product preparation and service techniques. They possess excellent knowledge of English and preferably a second and third language at a good level.
They are good listeners, reserved, precise, reliable, and customer-oriented. They possess excellent interpersonal and empathetic skills, and can work at a fast pace with good stress management.
