Based in the centre of Rome, this exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Ecommerce Manager who has worked for the Brand / Luxury Retail or Fashion Brand. You will have a background in the following: - 3-4 consistent years’ experience within a Digital Marketing position - Experience using CMS such as Prestashop or Magento or other similar one - Hands on experience using Digital Marketing Automation Software such as: Sales Manago / HubSpot / Active Campaign or Agile Automation - Some expertise working & communicating with Chinese digital marketing channels and/or resellers such as: Baidu, ZhiHu, JINGDONG, TMALL, KAOLA, YMATAO etc, - Strong command of English with Italian - Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders and teams along with being able to coordinate and communicate with suppliers - Strong project management experience to manage different marketing campaigns Within your role: You will be tasked to uploading & updating web content for the website and ensuring all debugging is carried out. You will provide customer care in the form of both pre & post sales and produce weekly and monthly reports in a professional and timely manner detailing sales inventory along with showcasing ROI (Return on Investment) from paid marketing campaigns and detailed web traffic reports to show percentage increases from tools such as Google Analytics.
