Join us and help run what runs the world.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Home Solutions portfolio, with a strong focus on wiring accessories (serie civili) and door entry systems (videocitofonia), in line with the local sales strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth in orders, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities with key stakeholders such as electrical distributors, installers, and designers. Sell products and solutions within the Home Solutions portfolio, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targetsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and promoting ABB's complete offering in wiring accessories and door entry systemsEnsure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales processPrepare and implement sales plans using ABB tools and in line with the assigned territory strategyMonitor sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and propose recovery actions when neededCreate added value for customers and ABB by leveraging effective sales techniques and solution sellingCommunicate clearly with customers regarding delivery times, pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditionsSupport and execute marketing initiatives, effectively communicating the value proposition of the portfolioIdentify and develop new business opportunities, especially within residential and light commercial segmentsManage administrative procedures related to sales processes and support cash collection and project follow-up, when requiredPrepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with marketing and proposal teamsEnsure all offers meet technical and financial requirements, including correct pricing and commercial conditions Qualifications For The Role You have 3–5 years of experience in the residential electrical or home automation sector, with a focus on wiring accessories and/or door entry systemsYou have solid experience working with electrical distributors, installers, and channel partnersYou have proven knowledge of electrical products and residential solutions, particularly in Home Solutions portfolioYou are comfortable using CRM and sales tools, and managing structured sales processesYou are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving results, with strong communication and negotiation skillsDegree or technical background in electrical engineering or equivalent experience is a plusYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English (plus)Availability to travel within the assigned territory Compensation PackageAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:Applicable CBA: MetalmeccanicoMinimum annual salary: €36,000Variable Pay: Eligible for Sales Incentive plan and Company Productivity BonusThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.Benefits Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work‐life integration and wellbeing support for employees and their familiesWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized servicesCanteen or meal vouchers providedCompany Car as per local policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
