We are looking for experienced and hospitable baristas who work well in a busy environment and understand the technique of creating delicious drinks.

Requirements

Qualifications:
* At least one full year of barista experience on a manual machine- latte art experience a huge plus!
* A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
* Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
* Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
* Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
* Have a flexible schedule and open availability, weekend availability a must
