Job ResponsibilitiesManage overall Facility (Engineering and Controls) Admin activities.Hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.Identify, maintain, troubleshoot, and modify field-level I/O’s and network components, including motor controls such as motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components.Knowledge of Sortation systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) is advantageous.Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.Record energy consumption readings.Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting, transformers, wiring methods, and materials.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tracks, and encoders.Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts.Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and extinguishers.Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.Attend to regular electrical works, height work, and hot work permits.Perform minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.Update tools inventory.Execute scheduled PPM maintenance.Manage soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, and scrap garbage disposal.Handle agency staff and oversee overall shift operations.Basic QualificationsDegree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls Instrumentation with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls Instrumentation with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Additional InformationAmazon is an inclusive culture that empowers employees to deliver the best results.
