Job Description
.About your tasks:
* Drive supplier contribution improvements, including end-of-year agreements and commercial contributions;
* Optimize rebates on invoices and maximize payment terms;
* Negotiate and manage promotional plans with suppliers to support commercial performance;
* Independently lead annual supplier negotiations as well as in-year renegotiations after the onboarding phase;
* Manage a broad supplier portfolio and substantial purchasing volumes;
* Oversee purchasing activities across multiple product categories.
Qualifications
About You:
* Solid experience in buying, strategic purchasing, or category management, with direct responsibility for supplier negotiations and commercial terms.
* Mandatory background in one or more of the following sectors: pharma retail, para-pharmacy, dermocosmetics, cosmetics, food supplements, or beauty.
* Proven experience in managing suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions, and supporting category growth in a fast-moving retail or wholesale environment.
* Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Proactive mindset, strong commercial attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Fluent in English.
* University degree is preferred.
