Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership. Monitor and report on regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and maintain data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Gather field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members. Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for ongoing improvement. Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation preferred. Strong decision-making skills, capable of making quick, accurate decisions and implementing effective solutions in complex or urgent situations. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English communication; ability to interact directly with international clients. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus. Clear team objectives, effective task allocation, and promotion of collaboration. Willingness to travel abroad; overseas work experience is preferred.
