Account Manager
As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Responsibilities
* Identify, nurture, qualify, and generate sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components. Focus on the development of large, assigned accounts.
* Work within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend.
* Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling.
* Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
* Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
* Develop strategic account plans for all assigned accounts; maintain knowledge of competitors and the marketplace.
* Interact with internal stakeholders including Internal sales and peers, Global Solutions Sales and Marketing Departments, Design Engineers at key customers, and Finance.
What we are looking for
* Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
* At least 3 years' experience in the Electronics industry.
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
