Technical Sales & After Sales Executive
to strengthen its technical-commercial, customer service and after-sales area.

The position is initially intended as maternity leave replacement, but it is conceived as a
long-term structural investment
, with a concrete perspective of stable employment and growth within the role.
Initial training location:
Verbania, Italy
Future area of activity:
Worldwide
Preferred candidate location:
Europe, preferably Germany or Italy
The role
The resource will initially be included in the
Sales
area, with the aim of learning products, internal procedures, Customers, offers and company operating methods, through constant interaction with the
Operations
and
R&D;
areas.
Subsequently, the role will evolve towards an
Executive
position, involving activities with international customers and partners, technical-commercial field support, after-sales, application training and development of new opportunities.
Availability for international travel is required, indicatively for at least
50% of the working time
after the initial training period.
Main activities
Management of technical-commercial offers and customer support
Relationship with international customers and partners
Technical support on products, applications and production processes
Visits to strategic customers and partners
Pre-sales and after-sales support
Collection of customer requirements and coordination with engineering, production and customer service
Application support and training on Sinterleghe / Ravitex® products
Requirements
Fluent German, mandatory
Technical-commercial experience in automotive, welding, industrial automation or systems/components for production lines
Ability to understand technical products and production applications
Availability for international travel
Strong attitude towards relationships with customers, partners, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and integrators
Preferred background
Experience in areas such as resistance welding, arc welding, welding guns, electrode maintenance, tip dressers and cap changers, welding process parameterization and automotive industrial automation will be considered a plus. xrdbqlu

Indicative annual gross salary range:
Salary and contractual level will be defined according to the candidate's experience and skills, in compliance with the applicable Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Agreement.
