Technical and Professional Requirements

Degree in Electronic, Aerospace, Naval Engineering or equivalent disciplines.

At least 5 years of experience in technical, commercial, or institutional roles, or prior service in the Italian Armed Forces.

Knowledge of procurement processes, technical specifications, and inter‑service dynamics.

C1/C2 level English, with strong technical and institutional communication skills.

Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and institutional representation skills.

Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad.
