Our company is currently seeking a Global Account Manager to join our team in Italy. This role is responsible for developing business strategies across regions, driving profitable growth and increasing penetration in sales and demand creation performance. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with customers to negotiate the company's offering and position Future's value add.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop global strategy and implement site tactics to drive top line revenue and increase gross profit margin
* Develop deep understanding of customer needs and challenges and formulate strategies with-in regions and branches to position Future for growth
* Present Future's value proposition by providing customers with Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives
* Work with branch and regional management to set, implement, drive, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site
The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and resilient with consistent proven sales track record within the electronic distribution business for the past five years. They should also have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and be highly organised and accurate.
