We are looking for a true hunter sales professional with deep domain knowledge in high-voltage asset monitoring to build and scale the Southern European market.This is not an account management role. This is a market-building, revenue-generating position for someone who:Has an established network across utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and service providersUnderstands the technical and commercial drivers behind substation and rotating asset monitoringIs motivated by high earning potential and performance-based rewardsThrives in agile, growth-oriented environments

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan for Southern EuropeDrive new business acquisition across utilities, IPPs, industrial operators, and service providersLead complex technical sales cycles involving:Partial Discharge monitoring in GIS environmentsPD detection for rotating machines (generators and motors)Transformer monitoring using Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA)Integrated grid and substation monitoring platformsBuild relationships with asset managers, substation engineers, reliability teams, and procurement stakeholdersPosition the company as a premium technology partner for grid reliability and predictive maintenanceManage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → technical engagement → proposal → negotiation → closeRepresent the company at industry events and technical forums
Required Experience (Essential)Proven experience selling:Partial Discharge monitoring solutions within GISPD monitoring for rotating machinesTransformer monitoring including DGA systemsSubstation or grid condition monitoring technologiesStrong understanding of high-voltage substations and asset health diagnosticsFamiliarity with utility asset management strategies and reliability programs
Commercial Profile5–10+ years of experience in technical B2B sales within the power transmission, generation, or HV equipment spaceDemonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targetsExisting contact book across Southern European utilities and large industrial asset ownersExperience managing long, consultative sales cyclesAbility to engage both engineering and executive-level stakeholders
