Keyline Industries is a leading manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines and transponders. In addition, Keyline Industries is a unique manufacturer of Industrial automated machines for the security industry and home & building automation – through the brands ACS and Allmatic. 
For our Business Unit ACS, we are looking for a SALES MANAGER. The resource will be responsible for developing a network of new customers and creating a distribution program. They will participate in industry fairs where the company is present as an exhibitor, as well as events coherent with the business to seize opportunities for commercial development or study the trend. 
Responsibilities: 
- Establish strategies and implement tactics to identify new markets and target segments 
- Maximize expansion opportunities within existing customer channels 
- Identify growth opportunities 
- Cultivate and manage business-to-business relationships 
- Exploit customer relationships by coordinating sales and assistance coverage within the network 
- Identify and track trends, market conditions, competitor activity, and identify sales opportunities 
Requirements: 
- Bachelor's degree 
- At least 8 years of experience in industrial sales and commercial development 
- Proven experience in customer management and negotiation 
- Availability to travel 
Note: A combination of education and experience outside the standard indications may also be considered. 
Knowledge and skills required: 
- Proven ability to acquire technical knowledge of products 
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal) and proven ability to dialogue with internal and external customers 
- Curiosity and willingness to find more effective solutions and work modalities 
- Microsoft Office package knowledge is required; experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred 
- Proven ability to use CRM / Salesforce analytical data, reports, and forecasting information to guide business decisions 
- Ability to work independently, effectively supporting conflicting priorities and deadlines 
- Proven ability to execute sales plans and overcome obstacles 
- Attention to detail, planning, and execution 
The employment classification and compensation package will be commensurate with the experience gained in the role.
