- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth targets within the region to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with the Head of EMEA Sales to contribute to the overall sales strategy, implementing it effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and a deep understanding of the business in all sales activities to find opportunities and anticipate potential challenges.
- Generate new business opportunities and lead customer negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions but also coordinate the handover process to factories and conduct win/loss analysis to improve future performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients and partners across countries and verticals.
- Coordinate local agents, setting business goals, and ensuring these objectives are met. **What You Bring**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the energy sector.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and understand business dynamics.
- Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience in generating opportunities, managing bidding and pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and handover processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
