Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive the Inquiry-to-Order process for the Bushings product line, combining technical insight with commercial focus. You'll support Regional Account Managers and the Product Sales Team to deliver technically sound and customer-focused proposals. You will shape solutions by coordinating costing, lead times, and technical specifications, ensuring a smooth handover to execution. The position sits within a global sales team and collaborates with Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering. This is a hands‐on opportunity to influence product customization and contribute to GE Vernova's electrification mission.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage the full Inquiry-to-Order process from technical definition to costing and price generation
Provide technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals
Define technical solutions that meet customer specs in collaboration with Tendering
Set product costing and lead times with Procurement and Supply Chain
Track technical specifications and costing data to support contract execution
Support smooth handover into the OTR phase for product customization and implementation
Resolve technical and commercial issues and elevate complex cases when needed
Responsabilità Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
Strong cross‐functional collaboration skills (Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering)
Ability to translate customer specifications into practical technical solutions
Experience in costing, quotation preparation, and lead time definition
Good command of English; Italian is an advantage
Interest in the electrical industry; experience in power transmission or distribution is a plus
Strong problem‐solving skills and adherence to procedures
