Overview
Otis is growing for the CEAM Partner company based in Bergamo, recruiting a Services Sales Specialist. The role focuses on driving sales growth through creating and managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, solving situational problems, and full account management. The position is based in the Bergamo area.
Typical day
* Manage a portfolio of elevators and maintain good working relationships with existing clients.
* Serve as the main contact for timely resolution of client needs related to requests.
* Develop sales for repairs and modernization through networking, proposals and tenders.
* Develop your sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
* Use Otis sales tools to monitor opportunities, pipeline and forecast sales results.
* Lead sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring timely payment.
* Collaborate with other team members, including other sales reps and field colleagues.
What you need to succeed
* Degree in economics or technical field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
* Previous experience selling technical products requiring customer consultancy.
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Solid presentation, written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external clients.
* High level of commitment and reliability.
* Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a complex and demanding corporate environment.
