As Product Manager at LodgeLink in Scottsdale, you will shape the product vision and roadmap for our B2B SaaS platform, translating user needs into scalable features. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and measure impact post-launch. Your analyses and collaboration will help us evolve in a growing market and deliver value to internal stakeholders as well as customers. This role offers in-office work with some flexibility and a meaningful opportunity to influence workforce travel technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision aligned with company goals
• Identify opportunities using data, research, and market insights
• Develop and maintain a roadmap with prioritized initiatives
• Collaborate with BAs, APMs, Engineering, QA, and Design to deliver features
• Communicate plans and results to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support for successful launches
• Translate ideas into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Manage end-to-end development from ideation to release
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA a plus
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration with engineering
• Proven track record delivering digital products or features
• User-centric problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
