About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term partnerships, and driving exponential growth in the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growing: Identify new business opportunities for Ecoflow product sales and implementing business development initiatives to expand sales channels;
* Building and maintaining long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market;
* Maintaining strong relationships with major solar/renewable energy distributors;
* Organizing and attending offline sales events, exhibitions, and business forums;
* Working with other departments to plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities;
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase EcoFlow's market share and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry;
* Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers is desired;
* Bachelor or master's degree;
* Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent, and open communicator, problem solver;
* Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to think from others' perspectives;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as a working language, with additional European language fluency a plus.
