Objectives:
* Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new customers in Italy, collaborating closely with company management.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
* Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
* Develop sales strategies for various company products.
* Gather information for preparing sales contracts.
* Coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
* Seek new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate sales terms with management approval.
* Manage customer rates and documentation.
* Issue sample and test requests for laboratory testing.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Ensure proper contract application and sales volume management.
* Identify and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and organizational changes.
* Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams including management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance.
* Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during meetings.

* Deep understanding of the company's technical capabilities and product benefits.
* Experience in the plastics industry, especially injection molding, with a successful account management record.
* Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes.

* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
