Overview

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager Italy, you will play a crucial role in driving Trio Mobil’s global expansion, focusing on Fortune 1000 manufacturing and industrial enterprises. You will be responsible for acquiring new logos, developing long-term partnerships, and growing strategic accounts within Fortune 1000 companies. This role requires a consultative, hunter-minded sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can navigate complex decision-making units.

Responsibilities

* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within large manufacturing and industrial accounts.
* Reach out proactively and build personal relationships with key stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Trio Mobil’s presence globally.
* Drive consultative and value-based sales processes, positioning Trio Mobil as a trusted technology partner.
* Navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder environments.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer success and growth.
* Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company’s European growth strategy.

Requirements

* 5–10 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Enterprise Sales Executive, or Strategic Account Manager in B2B SaaS technology, SaaS in the supply chain vertical, or industrial solutions.
* Strong track record of managing and growing large accounts within Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies (automotive, food & beverage, consumer goods, packaging, or heavy industry).
* Proven success in regional and global roll-out project management, leading multi-site customer deployments.
* Demonstrated success in international account management with exposure to diverse markets and cultures.
* Direct experience in engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, building trust and driving long-term strategic partnerships.
* Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling with high-value enterprise clients.
* Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, capable of closing large enterprise-level contracts.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

Location

This role is based in Italy and requires regular in-person engagement with customers. Flexibility for travel within the country and across Europe is expected.
