About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate with existing and prospective customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Act as a key account manager for assigned international clients.
* Deliver offers and quotes to customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities
* Develop and implement sales strategies for various products.
* Collect necessary information for sales contracts.
* Communicate with technical teams to propose solutions for customers.
* Search for new business opportunities.
* Negotiate terms of sale.
* Manage customer rates.
* Issue material samples and test requests.
* Build and nurture customer relationships.
* Control contract compliance and sales volumes.
* Identify and manage customer risks.
* Interface between customers and company departments.
* Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.

* Good knowledge of the plastics industry and plastics processing.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively use MS Office and ERP systems.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
