About the Role
As Regional BDM, you will focus on winning new customers and expanding our footprint in the region. You'll represent our full suite of services, including Air & Ocean freight, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Emilia-Romagna.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
* Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
* Promote our Air & Ocean freight services and integrated logistics solutions.
* Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics.
* Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean freight services.
* Track record of success in new business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a regional network a plus.
