PpTrussardi is a premium lifestyle brand with more than 110 years of Italian heritage, spanning apparel, leather goods, and accessories. /p pThe brand is part of bMiroglio Group /b, one of Italy’s leading fashion retail groups, combining industrial scale, sourcing capabilities, and a large directly operated retail network. /p pTrussardi is developing a structured, partner-driven distribution model, focused on wholesale and franchising operators with strong retail execution, supported by a rigorous, data‑driven commercial approach. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will be the bbusiness owner /b of Trussardi’s wholesale and franchising activities in Central, Eastern Europe and CIS Area, and will blead the launch and management of the full-price retail network in Italy /b. /p pThe role reports directly to the bChief Commercial Officer /b and carries end‑to‑end responsibility for network development, performance, and scalability. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pYour mission is to strengthen and expand Trussardi’s presence in Central, Eastern Europe and CIS Area through structured wholesale and franchising partnerships, and to bbuild the Italian full-price retail network with 8–12 stores opened over the next 18–24 months /b. /p pIn parallel, you will design and embed commercial processes, KPIs, and analytics to ensure consistent performance management across markets and channels. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Area Management – Wholesale and Franchising (Central, Eastern Europe and CIS Area) /h3 ul liOwn the commercial performance of wholesale and franchising partners across assigned markets. /li liManage relationships with structured, multi‑store franchise operators and key wholesale accounts. /li liIdentify and develop new franchising and wholesale opportunities aligned with brand positioning. /li liLead partner evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and contractual setup. /li liDrive sell‑out performance, margins, stock efficiency, and store productivity. /li liConduct regular business reviews with partners and define corrective action plans when needed. /li liLead the launch of Trussardi’s full‑price retail network in Italy. /li liDefine rollout strategy, including target cities, store formats, and sequencing. /li liOwn the opening of 8–12 full‑price stores over an 18–24 month horizon. /li liWork closely with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, and Marketing to ensure strong openings. /li liEnsure store‑level economics, productivity, and brand execution meet defined targets. /li liThe role leverages Miroglio Group’s retail expertise (500+stores) while establishing a clearly differentiated full‑price presence. /li /ul h3Commercial Excellence, Processes and Analytics /h3 ul liDefine and own the KPI framework for wholesale, franchise, and retail channels. /li liStructure standardized reporting and performance dashboards across markets. /li liTranslate data into concrete commercial actions for partners and internal teams. /li liDirectly manage a dedicated analytics resource reporting into the role. /li /ul h3Business Planning and Cross‑Functional Execution /h3 ul liContribute to annual budgets, forecasts, and commercial plans by market and channel. /li liSupport partners and stores in business planning, assortments, and commercial initiatives. /li liWork closely with Product, Merchandising, and Finance to optimize pricing, margins, and product mix. /li liEnsure alignment between commercial strategy and in‑store execution. /li /ul h3Brand and Network Performance /h3 ul liEnsure consistent brand execution across wholesale, franchise, and retail networks. /li liAct as the primary commercial reference point for partners and internal stakeholders. /li liShare best practices across markets to continuously raise execution standards. /li liStrengthen network quality as scale increases. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or similar fields. /li liProven experience as Area Manager, Export Manager, or similar role within fashion retail. /li liStrong exposure to retail and franchising business models. /li liSolid understanding of retail store economics and network performance drivers. /li liStrong analytical mindset with hands‑on ownership of KPIs and reporting. /li liAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, CRM, or BI tools is a plus. /li liStrong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution‑driven approach. /li liFluent English is mandatory;
