OverviewWe are partnering with a globally recognised IP SaaS business whose new business team is looking for a commercially astute sales professional to drive business development across Italy.Our client protects some of the world's most valuable brands, trademarks and domains. The culture is KPI driven, high performance and genuinely collaborative.ResponsibilitiesWin new logos across a targeted account pool of 800–1,500 accounts.Generate approximately 30% of your own pipeline, supported by SDR, partner and marketing channels.Sell into IP, legal, and brand protection teams across six key verticals: luxury & fashion, automotive, consumer goods, pharma, FMCG, and sports & entertainment.Build and own your go‐to‐market plan in the territory, with full autonomy and senior support.Manage a structured pipeline from first touch to contract signature – no account management or renewals.QualificationsFluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.Genuine hunter skillset and motivation for new logos (rather than farming an existing book).Background in brand protection, IP, legal tech, or an adjacent SaaS vertical.At least 5 years' relevant experience (not entry‐level due to complexity).Strong commercial instincts; ability to build a close plan and avoid deals going dark at proposal stage.
