We are seeking to expand our team with a Junior Export Manager to support our international expansion plans and strengthen our presence in foreign markets.
Responsibilities include :
* Identifying new foreign markets by analyzing expansion opportunities with a focus on market trends and local consumer needs;
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals;
* Scheduling appointments with interested clients and distributors;
* Participating in international fairs and events, representing the company and building relationships with potential clients and partners;
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets, regularly measuring results and refining sales strategies;
* Becoming the point of contact for clients and distributors;
* Supporting clients in selecting the most suitable products to meet their needs, in an assisted sales approach;
* Collaborating with the company's back-office sales team.
Requirements include :
* Bachelor's and / or master's degree;
* Fluent knowledge of English and excellent command of French and / or Spanish. Additional languages are a plus;
* Willingness to travel frequently abroad, at least 50% of the time;
* Proficiency in main computer systems;
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ;
* Ability to find and develop new clients;
* Strong team spirit;
* Motivation for personal and professional growth.
Preferred qualifications :
* Experience, even brief, in a similar role;
* Background in Biology or related scientific disciplines with molecular know-how;
* Knowledge of diagnostic product sales techniques is advantageous.
Work location : Jesi (AN). Residency in nearby areas is preferred.
