Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the annual sales plan for Italy to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the surgical consumables segment.
* Market Development & Portfolio Management: Deeply analyze market potential in Chile, identify new business opportunities, and optimize the product portfolio, focusing on Surgical Staplers and Bariatric Surgery consumables.
* Key Account & KOL Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts (major public/private hospitals in Santiago) and key opinion leaders (KOLs / Bariatric and General Surgeons).
* Compliance & Competitor Intelligence: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local laws and corporate policies. Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.
Job Qualifications
* Industry Background: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with proven experience in Surgical Staplers, Laparoscopic instruments, or Bariatric Surgery consumables.
* Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese/English is a strong asset.

* Clinical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of operating room (OR) environments, surgical procedures, and outstanding commercial insight.
