Position Details You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager for Water Utilities Italy and Greece. You will collaborate closely with the External Sales Team. Key external stakeholders include Service Partners and Water Utilities. What is the job about? Manage and grow service sales activities within the Water Utility segment. Build strong relationships with customers and service partners, promoting Grundfos products, services, and digital solutions. Handle troubleshooting, energy optimization, field commissioning, and customer training. Promote Grundfos digital technologies as part of the aftermarket service offering. Maintain accurate CRM customer data accurate and up to date. Collaborate with internal teams and stay informed about market trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards. Key Requirements Technical degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience. Preferably experienced in Water Utilities or related fields (e.g., electrical panels, remote control, PLCs). Strong process and project management skills; able to work independently. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good command of spoken and written English.
