At Taller Marmo we are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Intern to join our team.
The role is based in Milan and will report to the E-commerce Manager. As part of a growing team, you will gain comprehensive insight into the e-commerce and logistics operations of a fashion brand. With passion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to daily operations and ongoing projects.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
ShipmentsPrepare garments for shipment with great care and attention to detail.Pack orders and ensure accuracy of shipping labels and documentation.Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve potential issues or delays.Manage daily shipments and handover to couriers.
ReturnsReceive returns from customers.Prepare returned items to be checked, processed, and restocked.
Warehouse OperationsSupport product picking related to orders and restocking activities related to returns.Manage stock intake for incoming products.Assist with annual inventory processes.Maintain organization and order within the e-commerce warehouse
Shooting & EventsSupport the team during product shoots and assist with the organization of events when required.
