Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.
As Pastry Chef, you'll lead the Pastry Team with the day to day running of the Pastry Department, you'll develop specialty desserts for Breakfast, Restaurants, In-Room Dining and Private Dining/Banquets in accordance with departmental quality standards and specifications.. You will also be expected to build and nurture relationships with your colleagues and to ensure you provide an engaging, intuitive and refined style of service to our internal guests.

Desired Skills & Experience:
This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail, strong written and spoken Italian and English, team leadership and excellent organizational skills. Having experience of working as Pastry Chef in a 5 stars hotel is essential as is knowledge of the italian kitchen.
You will have the ability to live and breathe our culture of being intuitive, engaging and refined. You will demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible.

Castiglion del Bosco is an 800-year-old estate comprising the ruins of a castle, a medieval church, and the Borgo, a village that was once an important farming and social hub. The Borgo now forms the heart of the resort and 42 suites are housed within its buildings. The resort also offers 11 villas which have been created from restored farmhouses and feature antique furniture, artisanal pieces and modern comforts.
