Geospatial Sales and Account Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Geospatial Sales and Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new dealers, developing existing distributors, and managing key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, with a proven track record of success in the geospatial industry. A strong understanding of features-benefit-solutions selling is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You will work closely with our global teams to develop and execute regional sales plans, maximize sales volumes, and drive market share growth. This includes conducting direct and indirect business development activities, supporting distributors, and responding to sales inquiries.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be expected to analyze regional market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.
About You
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering is required.
* At least 3 years of proven B-to-B sales experience in relevant geospatial industries is a must.
* Fluency in Italian and professional-level English are mandatory.
* Experience in international dealer management is an asset.
* Results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear goal of high-quality commercial profit.

Travel Requirements
Frequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners, clients, trade shows, and strategic accounts is required.
