You’ll participate in focused training, team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager to ensure a valuable learning experience. You can expect coaching and mentoring to help you complete assignments and develop your skills.
You will also become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and Baker Hughes culture, along with our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As an intern, you will be responsible for:
* Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
* Learning internal software to assist with projects and tasks
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
* Applying HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance
Fuel your passion
To succeed in this role, you will:
* Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM or business-related programs.
* Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent in your country)
* Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills
* Be legally authorized to work in the country of application without sponsorship or time restrictions
