As part of Quality Team, the Process Auditor must:
carry out quality audits in the Company's Domains based on the Quality Management System (QMS) standards; advise auditees for improving operating methods, to ensure the definition, validation and follow up of action plans; issue appropriate alerts in the event of delays
supervise the implementation of action plans and evaluate their effectiveness in controlling the processes audited
support the Risk Assessment evaluation of the company's Domains based on the QMS standards as preventive approach
Expected results
detect and assess the seriousness of the risks of the audited processes, with focus on all processes related to the Product Conformity
inform the Quality System Corporate Audit Manager, relevant audited departments at the right level according to the seriousness of these risks
share the findings and the risk assessment with all stakeholders, taking their opinions objectively into account, in order to initiate effective improvement actions
validate the robustness of the action plans and alert in the event of any deviation from their progress
follow up the results coming out from action plan
support the definition of training plan based on Company priorities and execute it
represent the Customer Experience (CX) Department in the audited entities, depending on the context
prepare a summary of ISO IATF findings and their impact on processes to prioritize the improvement actions for audited departments and for CX Department
Evaluate the level of control of the audited processes, identify gaps and their severity and propose ways forward
Guarantee the identification of the root cause analyses of the deviations detected and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Check the progress of the action plans and alert at the right level in case of drift
Verify the effectiveness of action plans in the field
Improve Quality System Corporate Audit processes based on company priorities and customer requests
Support the qualification of plant auditors plan and monitoring
Prepare the facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining external certification (ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, COP...)
Animate the facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining the COP external certification
During the Batch and Hold phase, to provide to the milestone keeper the quality status of the projects (pre-SOP audit)
Represent, depending on the context, the Quality System Corporate Audit Department in the audited entities.
Requirements
Graduate in Engineering or equivalent
At least 3/5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
Professional proficiency in English
Technical competence on car development, production, distribution, sale and after sales
Good knowledge of the field and quality processes
Good knowledge of the Design field with a proven experiment of automobile engineering system and management of the relation supplier
Good knowledge of the Production field and Supply Chain with a proven experiment of management of an entity of production
Good knowledge of the field Trades (quality of service) with an experiment proven in the corresponding trades Appraises in the standards and systems of management quality
Rigour, objectivity and impartiality
Transverse, and/or specific management of an auditor team
Capacity to make decisions and to convince
Available to travel
