Responsibilities As an Assistant Store Manager, you will optimize sales, manage store staff, assist the Store Manager in store management, improve store layout, organize shelves to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, organize employee shifts, recruit staff, and address team and customer inquiries to ensure a welcoming environment.
