Company Description

Established in Pianoro in 1974 by virtue of the shrewd intuition of Massimo Marchesini, over the years the company has grown from a small, local business into a major industrial enterprise, thanks to a continuous process of mergers and acquisitions of complementary companies. Despite its present-day multinational dimension, the group has never betrayed the human spirit and artisan production that characterised its early days, and these traits still exist today alongside the latest innovations in robotics and digitalisation.

Position

The resource provides commercial support to the Area Manager, with responsibilities including:


1. Sales back‑office activities for the administrative and accounting management of orders.
2. Operational support to Area Managers in managing ongoing orders.
3. Reception and management of visiting customers at the headquarters.
4. Assistance in preparing quotations and commercial offers, in collaboration with the sales network.
5. Coordination of sales representatives in managing assigned customers and, when necessary, direct handling of commercial contacts.
6. Oversight of the entire commercial process, from gathering customer needs up to the pre‑negotiation phase.
7. Coordination of quotation requests towards the sales network and customers, ensuring consistency and accuracy of the information provided by Product Managers and Project Coordinators.
8. Collection of feedback, reports, and market insights, useful for continuously improving customer knowledge and supporting the definition of commercial strategies.
9. Support in customer retention, ensuring continuity, presence, and assistance in the main commercial activities.


Requirements

10. Basic knowledge of the company’s products and solutions.
11. Proficiency in CRM tools and offer/order management processes.
12. Ability to read and interpret sales data and commercial reporting.
