As a Product Manager at Analog Devices, you shape strategy and ecosystem engagement across silicon, software, and open‑source domains. You blend technical credibility with market insight to drive cross‑business, cross‑region impact and to translate capabilities into customer value. You’ll represent ADI at industry events and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and partners to grow an ecosystem‑driven solution portfolio. This role offers high visibility, external engagement, and the chance to elevate ADI beyond silicon.

* Define and evolve product vision based on customer needs and ecosystem trends
* Conduct ongoing discovery to validate problems and opportunities
* Translate insights into hypotheses, value propositions, and success metrics
* Represent ADI to customers, partners, and technical communities at events
* Translate silicon/software capabilities into compelling narratives and ecosystem positioning
* Create technical marketing content (briefs, whitepapers, presentations) and partner collateral
* Shape go‑to‑ecosystem strategies and enable adoption via documentation and SDK/toolchain alignment
* Engage with open‑source and standards communities to influence direction and adoption
* Own product intake, long‑term roadmaps, and cross‑functional prioritization
* Lead execution with engineering to define scope, sequencing, and requirements
* Advocate for developer experience and open‑source alignment during delivery
* Communicate strategy and progress to VP/executives and across business units
* Mentor PMs and promote an ownership‑driven, customer‑value mindset
Responsabilità
* Background in embedded or firmware engineering with hands‑on low‑level software or HW/SW integration experience
* Progression into product marketing, solution marketing, or technical product management
* Experience creating customer‑facing technical content (briefs, whitepapers, value narratives)
* Understanding of embedded systems, open‑source software, developer workflows, and technical communities
* Experience engaging with open‑source ecosystems, toolchains, SDKs, or standards bodies
* Strong external presence and comfort presenting at conferences and customer meetings
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive strategy across cross‑functional teams
* Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills with senior executives and external partners
* Experience working across global regions (US, EMEA, APAC) is an advantage
* Knowledge of hardware/software integration, bootloaders, and embedded system design
