Commercial Support Advisor Internship to join its office in Taranto, Italy within Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
Mission
The Commercial Support Advisor plays the role in the administrative aspects of customer accounts and data entry. This position supports the commercial team's efforts to provide efficient and effective services to clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping. #LI-DC2
Key Accountabilities
1. Customer Data Management
o Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
o Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and complete.
o Handle customer inquiries related to account information and updates.
2. Administrative Support
o Provide administrative support for the commercial team, including document preparation and data entry.
o Maintain organized files and records related to customer interactions and offers.
o Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
o Assist in data analysis tasks related to customer interactions, pricing, and market trends.
o Contribute to the improvement of data analytics and reporting processes.
4. Documentation and Record Keeping
o Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Education
High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management
Qualifications
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a willingness to rapidly learn CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal teams at all levels.
* Analytical Competence: Basic analytical skills to contribute to data analysis and market trend evaluations, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Organizational Abilities: Aptitude for multitasking and managing time efficiently to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
* Prior Experience: While not mandatory, any previous engagement in business support, customer service, internships, or volunteer roles related to commercial operations will be considered advantageous.
* Industry Familiarity: Knowledge or willingness to learn about RINA services and the certification sector to effectively support the commercial team, operations, and clients.
