Job Description: Presales Engineer (Remote, Italy)

Position: Presales Engineer (Full-time, Remote from Italy)
1. Support business development through events like roadshows and workshops.
2. Serve as a technical expert during sales meetings, handling technical communication and solution presentation.
3. Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge and understanding client needs.
4. Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
5. Ensure partners understand EcoFlow's USPs through product training and interaction.
6. Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to enhance products.
7. Provide insights and assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, with experience in Residential Energy Storage preferred.
* Proactive, independent, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
* Customer-focused with the ability to understand needs and develop solutions.
* Passionate about the industry, quick learner, and adaptable to rapid changes.
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
