Job Description This is an exciting new role with a young and rapidly growing company. Monitor service and sales calls to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, sales performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. Develop, create, and implement sales processes and procedures manual as needed. Lead a team of minimum 7-8 motivated people. Participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. Identify weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve. Ensure compliance with company's quality systems. Create and improve processes, maintain and communicate procedures. Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation. Provide feedback to sales team leaders and managers. Offer daily feedback via verbal and written communication. Interview and train new recruits for your team. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products, including performance and functional requirements. Work and complete projects independently, demonstrating self-motivation. Communicate with discretion and professionalism, understanding when confidentiality is needed. Qualifications At least 2 years' experience in high ticket sales. Availability for full-time work. Languages required: Italian - native/bilingual proficiency; English - working proficiency. Strong attention to detail, exceptional listening and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines. Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
