As the Head Chef at Crazy Pizza, you’ll be the driving force behind our culinary identity — blending Italian tradition with bold creativity and uncompromising quality. You will lead the kitchen with passion, precision, and flair, ensuring that every dish embodies the playful spirit and excellence Crazy Pizza, You’ll manage budgets, optimize resources, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence within the brigade.

Lead all culinary operations, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality running of the kitchen at all times.

Manage food costs, supplier relationships, and inventory to maximise profitability while maintaining exceptional product standards and minimising waste.
\n
Oversee kitchen hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen team members, fostering a positive, high-performance culture and supporting ongoing development within the brigade.

Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
\n
Drive innovation by introducing seasonal specials, refining menus, and implementing new techniques while preserving brand consistency.

Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portioning in line with brand standards across all services.
\n
Take ownership of kitchen scheduling, labour costs, and team organisation to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure product quality and operational alignment.

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen. xdwybme

Expertise in Italian cuisine, particularly pizza-making techniques, and a passion for high-quality, authentic ingredients

Solid understanding of cost management, including food costing, inventory management, and waste control
\n
Fluent in Italian and good communications skills in English

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
