The main target of Atlas Copco's Oil Free Air Business Line is to improve the performance of the Low Pressure business in Italy in terms of OR, OI, market share, and customer share growth. To achieve this goal, our strategy includes: Supporting each low-pressure sales channel with marketing actions and sales follow-up. Identifying and filling gaps within our sales teams to maximize presence and hit rates. Managing the business through various sales channels: OEM with dedicated resources. Indirect channel network through current and new dealers, aligned with our strategy to increase market presence. Agent network for Waste Water treatment plant deals, managing agent contracts with support from our legal department. Following up on the direct sales funnel to increase sales efficiency and hit rates for low pressure. Collaborating with the Product Manager and utilizing marketing campaigns as primary lead generation tools. Reporting results via monthly reports and BDM presentations. Driving the business using C4C (CRM) and Faccts reports and dashboards, monitoring effects, and making necessary adjustments. The mission of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to pursue these objectives to reach sales targets, working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, OEM sales representatives, generalist sales reps, the communication department, and colleagues from other Business Lines. Based on KPI monitoring, the BDM will be responsible for: Defining and selecting effective commercial channels (OEMs, Installers, Indirect, Direct) for the promotion of assigned products. Preparing business agreements with OEMs or new dealers in collaboration with the BLM and CTS colleagues, especially if technical support qualification is needed. Maximizing sales results by providing technical and commercial support to sales engineers, visiting potential customers, and maintaining all customer activities in the CRM Cloud for Customers. Promoting a professional image through personal actions and initiatives. Enhancing the company's reputation and brand image in line with our core values: commitment, interaction, and innovation. Updating skills continuously through training sessions on products and sales strategies. Contributing to the development of new products or improvements by sharing field experience with Product Managers. What are we looking for? Experience in dealing with customers.
