**Job description**
We are looking for a qualified Sales Account to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and supervising sales.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will work to meet customers' needs and requirements, respond to customer queries promptly and aspire to provide a positive customer experience.
You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term relationships with customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of clients to achieve long-term success;
- Develop positive relationships with clients;
- Acting as a point of contact and managing individual customer needs;
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks;
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly;
- Support the Area Manager in all negotiation and order setting activities;
- Prepare offers and contracts for customers;
- Monitor sales targets with company objectives;
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
- Suggest actions with the area manager to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of working as a sales account executive;
- Practical sales experience and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience;
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular);
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to deliver projects and respond to customer requests on time;
- Commercial acumen with a problem-solving attitude;
- Degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field.
