We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Villas Guest Services Agent for the 2026 season — the primary point of contact for guests staying in our villas.
You will work closely with the Front Office team, ensuring a personalized and impeccable service that reflects Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano standards, with attention to every detail of the guest experience.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the company philosophy, core values, daily operations, and all hotel outlets and services.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide an introduction to the villa facilities and the estate.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and support other departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, In-Room Dining, and Front Office when required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for villa guests throughout their stay, assisting with any needs including restaurant and experience bookings.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and always greet guests with courtesy, regardless of workload or time of day.
• Prepare in advance all aspects related to guest arrivals — such as registration forms, spa treatments, restaurant and experience confirmations, and any pre-arrival requests.
• Check the condition of villas and common areas, reporting any maintenance issues.
