The Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role owns planning and capacity models, builds analytics to measure GTM productivity, and provides insights that influence workforce planning and operational strategy. The analyst collaborates across multiple functions, including data, finance, and field operations, ensuring scalable processes as the organization grows. You will design durable, actionable solutions that are easy to maintain, document model logic and data flows, and communicate findings clearly to leadership. The position requires both analytical rigor and pragmatic problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives on cross-functional collaboration, values simplicity in complex systems, and is proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
Accountabilities
* Maintain and enhance core planning and capacity models, including workforce headcount, territory capacity, and role-based productivity assumptions.
* Build scalable, self-service planning processes that reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
* Analyze GTM productivity across Sales, SE, CX, SDR, and Partner teams, including metrics such as deal cycle time, win rates, pipeline generation, and attainment trends.
* Produce standard reporting and dashboards to support strategic planning, operational decisions, and performance tracking.
* Document model logic, assumptions, and data flows to enable cross-functional understanding and transparency.
* Partner with data, finance, and field operations teams to address gaps, translate operational needs into analytics, and ensure alignment across planning processes.
* Support leadership with strategic analyses, including market segmentation, vertical performance, pricing scenarios, and territory adjustments.
* Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives to guide decision-making.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, GTM analytics, workforce planning, or a similar analytical role.
* Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, debugging data quality issues, and understanding data lineage.
* Demonstrated expertise in modeling, including workforce planning, capacity analysis, segmentation, and scenario planning.
* Experience with planning or FP&A tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or equivalent.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis for diverse audiences.
* Familiarity with GTM organizations and metrics, including rep productivity, pipeline coverage, capacity, and quota attainment.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, able to structure unstructured problems, and drive projects independently.
* Located in Spain or other supported remote locations in Europe.
Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Points
* Experience with BI tools such as Grafana, Tableau, or Looker.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and GTM productivity platforms (e.g., Outreach, Clari, People.ai).
* Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and GTM planning processes.
* Prior experience in open-source or developer-focused SaaS companies.
