**Pharmatech Srl** was established in 2019 and is one of the two branches that constitute **Tofflon Italy**. The objective is to provide a flexible and complete Service and to conquer the European & UK market thanks to the quality of our products and ideas.
To strengthen our internal staff, we are looking for a Commercial Back Office with at least 2 years of experience in the role.
**Responsibility**
**Commercial management**:
- Sales quotations support: requesting and analysing quotations;
- Order processing support and data entry for material and office stationery orders;
- Verification of inventories in management system;
- Drafting of warehouse documentation, incoming and outgoing;
- Search of new suppliers;
- Logistics organization and shipping.
**Administration management**:
- Document management and archiving: transport documents, quotations, purchase and sales orders;
- Business travel organisation.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or Degree in Economics or a relevant field;
- At least 2 years' experience as a Back Office;
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
- Interest in an international working environment.
**Hours**
8:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 17:00. From Monday to Friday
**Site**
The Office location is in Azzano San Paolo, Bergamo.
**RAL**
The classification will be commensurate on the basis of the experience of the profile.
Meal vouchers of €8 per working day are provided.
Pay: €25,000.00 - €35,000.00 per year
