We leverage teamwork, self-organization and proactivity as the best solution comes from collective intelligence and collaborative decision making. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain detailed product roadmaps for the cloud infrastructure platform, aligning with business goals and customer need. /li liConduct in-depth market and user research to inform product features. /li liMonitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions and stakeholder feedback. /li liAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, risk, and technical concepts in an accessible way. /li liMonitor product performance and suggest improvements. /li liDefine and document product requirements and specifications. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API specifications, and release notes. /li liCollaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment. /li liCollaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver value incrementally. /li liTranslate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. /li liLead and participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring alignment and transparency. /li /ul h3Skills required /h3 ul liProven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager /li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities. /li liAbility in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions. /li liBasic proficiency in design principles and user experience. /li liAbility to manage tasks and milestones using PM tools. /li liAbility to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints. /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. /li liTeam player attitude, enthusiasm, proactivity, and autonomy. /li liFluency in Italian and good knowledge of English. /li /ul pApplicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
