Key Account Manager-Italy
The role of a Global Account Manager is to develop business strategies across regions, driving profitable growth and increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance.
This position requires effective communication to negotiate the company offering to the customer, positioning Future's value add and quoting on business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop global strategy and implement site tactics to drive top line revenue and increase gross profit margin.
* Develop deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, formulating strategies with-in regions and branches to position Future for growth.
* Present Future's value proposition by providing customers with our Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives.
* Work with branch and regional management to set, implement, drive, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site.
* Drive key supplier initiatives outlined by marketing at each customer site.
* Provide high level of service by being responsive to the customer's needs with regards to return of quotes, product availability, lead times and delivery queries as necessary.
Requirements:
* Commercially astute and resilient with consistent proven sales track within the company or other electronic distribution business for the past five years.
* Demonstrated understanding of technical team by achieving a designated number of designs in.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Highly organised and accurate, able to work under pressure and maintain extensive attention to detail.
* Able to work under own initiative and as member of a team.
