Ppb5044 - EXPORT COMMERCIAL MANAGER /b /p h3Data /h3 p19/11/2025 /p h3Posizione /h3 p5044 - EXPORT COMMERCIAL MANAGER /p h3Location /h3 pVarese, (IT) /p h3Dettaglio /h3 pbER Services Sagl /b is looking for an bEXPORT COMMERCIAL MANAGER /b for a global PVC film manufacturer with headquarters near Varese, IT. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbClient Relationship Management /b /p ul liConduct regular customer visits. /li liProvide report of trade market visit (visit report). /li liSupport the growth of our business with acquisition, prospection and/or development of new Clients, Agents and/or Distributors within the assigned regions (identify new market opportunities and potential customers in international markets). /li liParticipate of Fairs and events to engage and prospect clients and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Sales and Business Development /h3 ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential international clients. /li liPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. /li liMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. /li liMake plans to achieve / exceed export sales target. /li /ul h3Market Research and Strategy Development /h3 ul liConduct market research to identify potential markets and customers. /li liDevelop and implement export strategies to increase market share in existing and new markets. /li liAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. /li liDevelop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international clients. /li liActively contribute for development of new products and solutions. /li /ul h3Financial Management /h3 ul liPrepare and manage export budgets and forecasts. /li liNegotiate payment terms and manage the collection of payments from international clients. /li liAssess and manage risks associated with currency fluctuations, credit and market volatility. /li liNegotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients. /li liMonitor and implement pricing strategies, negotiate price adjustments (increase). /li liPreparation of statistics and reports for Management. /li /ul h3Leadership and Collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate with other departments including Production, Supply, Customer Service, Finance, etc to ensure alignment of export activities with overall business objectives. /li liProvide training and support to the customer service team. /li /ul h3Education / Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). /li liA minimum of 6 years of experience in international sales of decorative films and solutions for industrial applications (furniture, doors, flooring). /li liProven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding market share. /li liStrong understanding of international trade market, logistics, customs procedures. /li liExcellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment. /li liProficiency in MS Office and CRM software. /li liFluency in English (proficiency in additional language is a plus). /li liWillingness to travel internationally as needed. /li /ul pIn caso d'interesse per la posizione proposta, allegare il Curriculum vitae in lingua Italiana e/o in lingua Inglese, possibilmente in file con formato Word o formato compatibile. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
