PpFor an iconic ultra-luxury hotel located in the city-centre of Venice, we are looking for a bDIRECTOR OF SALES. /b /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liDefine and lead the hotel’s commercial strategy, with the aim of maximizing revenue through the development of relationships with luxury clientele, strategic partners, and high-value market segments. /li liCoordinate sales, pricing, and product positioning activities, ensuring consistency with the image of exclusivity, prestige, and service excellence of the property. /li liDevelop and consolidate the client portfolio, promoting personalized experiences and long-term commercial relationships within the luxury hospitality segment. /li liMonitor commercial performance, analyzing market trends, business opportunities, and sales campaign results. /li liActively collaborate with General Management, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure business objectives are achieved. /li liRepresent the hotel in high-level commercial contexts, industry events, and networking activities, promoting the brand and the values of the property. /li liEnsure adherence to corporate policies and luxury hospitality service standards, maintaining a strong focus on excellence, discretion, and customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality establishments. /li liPrevious experience withininternational markets. /li liStrong ability to quickly identify and resolve problems. /li liAttention to detail and strong service orientation. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
