Your Role and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the corresponding leader.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
- Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
- Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
- Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.
Qualifications for the Role
- Master’s in Business Administration and demonstrate a strong interest in technological innovation
- Proactive mindset, problem‑solving attitude, and ability to deliver tasks and projects within agreed timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multicultural teams.
- Flexibility, openness to change, and interest in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- You are at ease communicating in English; willingness to actively engage in networking opportunities and team‑building activities.
